The hotel offers favourable and excellent location in the centre of Yamagata.

The location was good, you can visit a seasonal museum by walking. We visited bars and restaurants close to the hotel.

Satellite television, climate control, and a microwave in good-sized rooms were awesome. The location was comfy and excellent, in the centre of Yamagata, with a nice view.

Enjoyed how the a double room was arranged when we arrived. The price was US$ 5624. Excellent location, a bus stop was nearby the hotel.

Surprisingly good breakfast and other services were excellent. We booked a double room for 1 night and had a very pleasant stay. Location: the hotel was adjacent to restaurants in surrounding streets, convenience stores and restaurants and Zpell shopping mall...

No complains at all, I can just recommend this hotel. It is a lovely small and perfect venue. The rooms are spacious, the bar is great. Efficient, exceptionally nice staff, thank you very much for treating me so well. The location is favourable and prime, near a train station. It's close to restaurants and bars too.

I loved the room, the bed was nice. A shower, hairdryers and a bidet was a plus.

We had fine and comfy room with smoke detectors. The breakfast served was surprisingly good with juice, Japanse fare and Japanese options. The location was particularly good and magnificent, nice to relax in after a long day of sightseeing, in the shopping area. The lunch in Soba Hisashi short walk from the hotel had every choice imaginable. In general the service was excellent! Got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too.

Efficient and exceptionally nice staff as one would expect.

Extremely spacious rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds and wake-up service. Particularly nice view from our window. Prime comfy location, nice to relax in after a long day of sightseeing. Right by Yamagata train station and bus terminal, and Kajo park and 御殿堰 where there are nice cafes.

Recommend this place and would go back in flash. The breakfast was surprisingly good with plenty of dishes to choose from. Besides, the location was comfortable and excellent for our stay, within 5 minutes' walk of a seasonal museum. Overall the service was excellent.

I loved the hotel's location, as it was very close to the train and bus station. The breakfast was also fantastic and changed every day, with many food options available. The staff were efficient, and check-in and check-out were easy. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Great location in the heart of the city, with easy access to trains, buses, delicious restaurants, and convenient stores. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room and en suite were small but comfortable and perfect for a short stay. Loved starting my day with a delicious breakfast that included both Western and Japanese cuisine, and even better than that was the free coffee for guests available from 3 pm until midnight.

The bathroom/toilet had an unpleasant odor that was quite discomforting. It would have been better if they offered halal food options for Muslim guests.
